There are several high-profile names on this staff.Los Angeles Chargers coaching staff has some big namesNavarro Bowman: Remember this guy? If not, look him up. Bowman is the Chargers' . He was a member of Harbaugh's San Francisco 49ers team and he made three Pro Bowls and was a four-time First Team All-Pro in his playing days.Last season, Bowman was a defense analyst for Maryland in the college ranks. Harbaugh managed to pry him away and though this will be his first coaching job at the profe sional level, the Chargers have a fantastic guy to learn from.Greg Roman: Roman is the Chargers' new offensive coordinator and someone who has worked with both Jim and John Harbaugh closely during his career. He was credited with installing an offense in Baltimore that was built around Lamar Jackson's strengths.Je se Minter: The Joel Kuhnel Jersey new defensive coordinator was brought over from Michigan with Harbaugh after coaching the Wolverines' defense for the past two seasons. He has had an incredibly succe sful coaching career, winning the Grey Cup in the CFL three times. He was head coach for two seasons of the Chicago Bears and also worked with John Harbaugh in Baltimore as their offensive coordinator for two seasons.His last coaching job was as head coach of the Tampa Bay Vipers in the XFL in 2020 before their season was stopped due to the pandemic.
